Hi, I’m Paula Whiteman and I’m super-excited about the prospect of helping you find your dream home – or selling your current investment so you’re able to progress toward your next opportunity!

I have loads of enthusiasm, energy, and drive. I also pay close attention to detail, because it’s frequently the small things that make negotiations, and closing-the-deal, run smoothly.
It’s natural to be anxious about what’s often people’s largest lifetime financial investment, but I’m lucky enough to be well backed by the resource and experience of the wider Lodge team; I believe a big part of my job is to alleviate stress and focus on ticking off the smaller ‘turning points’.
Another major part of my job is to recommend best marketing options for your property. If you’re selling we want to maximise the market potential in your property. We want to play to the property’s strengths, and we want to reach the widest audience possible for your property. I’ll give you options in terms of mainstream marketing and advertising, and we’ll consider the best websites and social media channels to promote it. We’ll also decide on the best avenue for the sale (auction, tender, view-by-appointment, open homes/direct sale).
If you’re buying, I’ll ensure I’m deeply mindful of your priorities and criteria – when a suitable home comes up, I want you to be among the first on the scene so we can capitalise on all available opportunities – believe me, there are still some gems out there! A big part of my job is having intimate knowledge of what’s happening in Hamilton’s dynamic, wide-ranging, market. I have key contacts at agencies throughout Hamilton – my radar is always working!
