Hi, I’m Sol Jones and it’s a privilege to be considered as your upcoming real estate agent.
Whether your priority is wealth-creation, or simply a lifestyle change, I respect the fact your next move in residential real estate is a significant event, and it’s likely to represent a new era of excitement and optimism.
I want to do justice to that.
I’m also mindful that with big decisions comes a natural degree of anxiety and uncertainty. But I’m here to significantly reduce risk, manage administration, offer advice, and help overcome barriers.
I have the backing of significant resources and experience at Lodge, and I have an extended network of professional contacts that can help with finance, building checks, valuations, legal issues, council documents, and wider market information.
As you may gather, customer service means a lot to me. That’s because I have a long and successful history in retail sales, and I know the key to closing deals is the ability to deliver to expectations. For me, this means anticipating possible barriers to a sale, finding solutions, negotiating within set parameters, and showing my customers what they want.
However, customer service isn’t possible without mutual trust and good faith between you (as a buyer or seller) and me. My first job is to prove myself to you, so it’s important we meet face-to-face to discuss your real estate needs. I want to know the goals and aspirations behind your upcoming purchase or sale, and we’ll sort out what your non-negotiables are before we design and execute a sales and marketing plan to suit.
By the time we’ve had our meeting, on top of the inevitable phone call or two, I’ll have a clear understanding of the role you need me to fulfil:

● Need advice? Awesome, I’ll ask every question I need to, and will find the answers you need.
I take a lot of pride in my work, but make no mistake, it’s not about me, it’s about you – my clients.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, music, and gaming in particular (both digital and board games). I love the competitive nature of tabletop games.
But, as with my work, you won’t find me counting the wins: To me, the losses are far more interesting – I can take loss and rejection, because I enjoy working out where I can improve, where I can get better.
In the end, real estate attracts the most-resilient, and most successful, salespeople. I believe I’m now at my peak, and I’m ready to deliver for you.
