Kia ora, My name is Hemi Kelly and it’s a pleasure to be working out of Lodge’s Dinsdale office.

It’s a privilege to work the real estate industry, and I’ll be your number-one advocate whether you’re in the market to buy or sell.

Owning a house is widely recognised as a good avenue in building financial and/or lifestyle wealth and I’m here to help you every step of the way. I’m committed to ‘going the extra mile’ for my clients to ensure the process is as easy and stress-free as possible.

I’m keen to meet up with you to offer my guidance, to offer a critical eye, and to bring marketing and sales ideas to the table.

Together, we’ll map out what your goals are (or could be!) – people have all sorts of reasons for buying or selling a home, and it’s important I gain an understanding of your circumstances so we can focus on both the short-term and the long-term. The long-term big picture can be important because residential homes are a key to reaching your ‘dream lifestyle’, or the investment can be a great vehicle for building wealth.

I want to know what’s important to you so I can cater to your needs, both now and in the future.

We’ll settle on a plan of how to best market and sell your property, perhaps with an agreed price range and time-frame (although if we’re comfortable we’ll be open to adapting to change as we progress). If you’re buying, we’ll set a number of goals and will work to a set of clear criteria and priorities. Either way, my job will be to negotiate according to your best interests, and it’s my job to get you what you’re after.

My service is based on the principles of adding genuine value and displaying reliability and consistency right through to settlement day.

I have a deep appreciation of the importance of communication, because all stakeholders involved in valuable deals can encounter a natural state of anxiety – my job is to mitigate potential pitfalls by managing the process and dealing with the detail. I’ll ensure you’re kept informed throughout the process.

The catalyst for me seeking a career in real estate was the purchase of my own investment home; I entered the real estate market as a property investor and quickly became passionate about property and its incredible potential. The process of buying and selling is an exciting one, yet requires the right care, disciplines, support and knowledge to enable a successful outcome. I look forward to helping my community with their property sales needs, and I know the important role I can offer.

I’m well-educated, having completed both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Māori Art, together with my required real estate qualifications. I’m fluent in Te Reo Māori, and have good experience engaging with whānau, hapū and iwi on both a professional and personal level.

I have past employment experience in education, project management and administration.
