Hi, I’m Callum Mackie,
It’s a pleasure to be considered as your lead agent as you decide on the sale of your residential home or investment property, or perhaps make the significant commitment to purchasing one of life’s great assets.
As far as I’m concerned, you’re halfway there – because you’ve certainly picked the right place to sell or buy in: Hamilton continues to prove itself as among the most-desirable cities in New Zealand in which to live, backed by a thriving local economy, future-proof infrastructure, excellent health and education facilities, and, you guessed it – location, location, location!!
It’s also a fresh start as the residential property market re-sets itself for the remainder of 2023 and beyond. Right now, patience and timing are common themes among buyers and sellers alike, but so too is opportunity. There are some fantastic deals being put together by my colleagues and me (and our competition!), which is testament to the resilience and reliability of residential real estate as either an investment, or a lifestyle choice that can act as a key toward wealth creation.
I’m determined to get you what you’re after, and I’m hungry for my own results. It’s great to learn so much from the amazing experience of many agents around me, but I’m now forging my own path: And among my greatest strengths are my energy, leadership, and appetite for hard work.
I’m lucky enough to have grown up in the digital age, so getting the most from technology and digital media is second-nature to me, and this will complement the traditional marketing tools used by many older, more established, agents.
I enjoy networking, dialling in to new contacts, working social media, and promoting my properties by casting a wider net – I know there’s a big pool of untapped buyers and sellers in the market who might be passive, but probably just need a nudge, or a wake-up call. I’ve got the focus and the time to motivate these people.

On a personal note, much of my spare time is dedicated to upskilling, training, and development of more than 50 members of the New Zealand Cadet Forces in Hamilton. I’ve been a member of the Hamilton City Cadet Unit for several years, having worked my way up to the position of Company Sergeant-Major. My skills in leadership, planning, and organising various related events within the unit are sure to benefit me in my real estate career.
I also love travelling, and am fortunate to have seen plenty of new places over the years with my family.
