I want you to know that I will get the job done for you.

I love working in residential property; it’s a natural-fit for my interpersonal skills, initiative, and personality.

I like the dynamic nature of the industry, and I have a good sense for collaborating and negotiating, which equips me well in striking a sale.

During the past five years residential property has been a personal success story, so I know first-hand the potential outcomes it can deliver for my customers. Over recent years I’ve bought four properties; all but one have turned in to renovation projects for me (a new hobby of mine!).

That’s really what first inspired me to begin selling real estate as a new career move. Previously, I had a 20-year vocation in early childhood education, but the transition has been smooth because many of the essential skills in the respective professions are similar: Both require, for example, working alongside people and building a good deal of trust, helping, and sharing in others’ joy and success.

Real estate provides me with a good deal of variety in my day, as well as the prospect of long-term financial security. It’s an exciting ride, and I want you to be a part of it!

I’m aware that most deals are straight-forward, but generally they do require a skilled agent to be the best-possible advocate for you and your property.

How a property is presented, publicised, marketed, and sold often adds the ‘wow-factor’, and forces the market to accept the best-possible deal. My goal is to provide suggestions and plans to deliver on this front, every time.

Once appointed to act on your behalf, my priority is to find more about what’s behind your desire or decision to buy or sell. For many, the driver is a new job, the milestone of a first home, a change in family circumstance, or a readiness to invest – but all situations are unique and I’ll adapt my approach accordingly.

We’ll then sit down and agree a way forward. Once our marketing plan is agreed upon, I’ll be 100% committed to the cause, and will communicate with you every step of the way.

In terms of my personal background, my hobbies include gardening, renovating, going for walks and bike rides, and travelling.

I’m looking forward to getting to know you and your background. Building strong lasting relationships with all customers who I work alongside during the buying or selling process is key to my success. This requires approachability, empathy, honesty, trust, and friendship.
