Property Management Consultant Property Management Hamilton Central

Jordan Slight has several years’ experience in property management – reassuring to both tenants and investors as they seek an arrangement that is hassle-free, mutually beneficial, and reliable.
“In my time the one factor that’s consistent is a need for investors and tenants alike to be treated with respect,” Jordan says.
“They might be coming from different angles, and their needs may be different, but listening to what all people have to say and responding in a reasonable way is all most people ask for,” Jordan says.
Jordan has been a renter and a home-owner, and uses his personal experiences to empathise with his investment clients and renters.
Most property management issues are minor, Jordan says, so they can be mitigated or nullified early-on if clear communication between parties is given priority, and stakeholders feel their property manager is being responsive.
With a background in hospitality, Jordan is skilled in dealing with people no matter their background, culture, or demographic profile. He has an easy manner that is relatable to most, and acts with a cool and calm demeanour when the pressure comes on.
With Hamilton’s competitive rental market showing little sign of easing, Jordan seeks to manage expectations of potential tenants, while keeping abreast of any changes in circumstances among those who are currently renting within his portfolio of properties.
He is organised and focused on his job, and enjoys the challenge of being his client’s number-one advocate by working ‘at the coal-face’.
“It’s a job where you’re constantly learning. My goal is to become a property investor myself, so what better way to prepare for things and gain insight than to first be the best property manager I can be.”
