Jordan has been a renter and a home-owner, and uses her personal experiences to empathise with her investment clients and renters.
Most property management issues are minor, Jordan says, so they can be mitigated or nullified early-on if clear communication between parties is given priority, and stakeholders feel their property manager is being responsive.
