Cambridge Property Management

A good Property Management Company is worth their absolute weight in gold. However, not every landlord finds the perfect fit first time. We understand; you’ve invested in property, and you want to do everything you can to protect your investment. At Lodge City Rentals, we make switching Property Management companies incredibly simple, with just three straightforward steps.

With three experienced Property Managers covering the Cambridge area, we've got the team on the ground to ensure your property is expertly managed.

Step 1: Get in touch

Simply give us a call or email to let us know you'd like to switch. Our business development manager Zack Cathcart will meet you at our offices of your favourite Cambridge café to explain the process and answer any questions you may have.

Step 2: Making the switch

Zack will sort the standard paperwork, finalise the switch with your current management company and sort the change of bank details; ensuring no payments are missed in transition.

Step 3: Relax

Once you’re signed up as a landlord client, we’ll go about managing your property the way it should be done; with care, expertise and commitment. With decades of industry experience, our legislative knowledge is up-to-the-minute and we have strong, trusted connections with Cambridge tradespeople.

“Lisa, as part of the Lodge City Rentals team, is a qualified professional who knows what to do in this over-legislative environment that property investors find themselves in. Knowing we have a property manager who understands the environment provides us with peace of mind with next to no issues.”

Roseanne Udy

“Roseanne has been fantastic to work with. She has negotiated excellent deals with tradespeople to get my rental property in excellent condition for new tenants. She was careful in the selection of the new tenants to ensure they would be respectful of the rental property and look after it. She has communicated very well through the process and responded promptly to my queries for information and updates on progress.”
