I understand the aspirations of various buyers and sellers – whether they’re entering transactions to make a step up, take a step out, invest, or build a better life for their family. Everyone has different goals and circumstances when it comes to buying or selling real estate, and I promise to listen intently to the needs of my clients before doing all I can to close a deal on their behalf. I have years of experience to deal with migrants, which means my listings will be exposed to a huge Asian market.

I have had over 20 years of sales/marketing experience, as well as 4 years banking experience. I have a solid academic background, having completed the four-year Bachelor of Management Studies degree at Waikato University in 2007. I am also a founding director of the Waikato Chinese Young Professionals Association.

It’s my firm commitment to remain true to my personal values in my professional life – that is, to always conduct business in an honest, patient, and detailed way. I can speak both Mandarin and English fluently, and have been living in Hamilton for over 20 years – I’m a Chiwi (Chinese-Kiwi).
