Hi, my name is Bill Burnett.

I’m mindful that buying and selling property represents one of life’s most important decisions, so clients have a right to demand professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional service from their agent.

I gain great personal satisfaction helping others build their wealth and achieve goals – be that through purchase of a first home, building an investment portfolio, or simply selling or buying (as careers, families, and lifestyles evolve!).

I know this market well. Hamilton is a fast-growing city that boasts a strong local economy and excellent communities. But it doesn’t stop there – with continuing investment in metropolitan development, Hamilton still has significant untapped potential. I’m certainly excited to help people tap into the opportunities that continue to exist here.

Previously having achieved excellent success over several years as an investment property manager, I made the natural progression to residential real estate agent. I was awarded Most Promising Salesperson for the 2022/2023 business year.

A little about me: In my spare time I love playing golf, and I’m proud of being a scratch-handicapper (apologies to those who are non-golfers!).

I’ve been based in Hamilton for close to a decade, after moving from Tauranga. During that time, I’ve secured a Waikato University degree in social sciences, and have gained necessary property management and real estate licence qualifications. Having previously worked as a property manager, I have extensive knowledge of the rental and investment market, including tenancy law.

When the time comes for assertive negotiations, my track-record suggests I have the expertise and calm, professional approach to get the job done on behalf of others.

I grew up in the world of business and property and through this experience I’ve learned how to spot opportunities, negotiate, and navigate conflict. Honesty, integrity, and communication are values I hold true: When I say I’ll do something, I ensure I deliver.

I’m personable and enjoy working with all people; every experience is a learning opportunity. I have enjoyed helping a large number of clients buy and sell their homes, and would love to help you too.
