About Nathan
Nathan Smith entered the real estate industry as a residential sales consultant in 2007 after a career in the building and television industries. He quickly established himself as a high achiever and became a top performer for Lodge, reaching the prominent position of being consistently in the Top 5 and becoming a Gold Club Member.
It became a natural progression for Nathan to take the next step where he moved to Auckland and entered a Divestment Manager role for Housing New Zealand and a Sales Trainer role for Barfoot and Thompson. Whilst at Housing New Zealand Nathan has been able to experience not only selling real estate but also acting as the vendor when divesting properties. This insight has provided Nathan with a unique understanding of the sales process enabling him to understand both the vendor and purchaser experiences.
