1. Promoter
   The promoter is Lodge Real Estate, Hamilton, New Zealand (“Lodge”).

2. Promotion Period
   The promotion opens on 23 February and closes at 11:59pm on 15 March 2026.

3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Lodge Real Estate and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete the official entry form during the promotion period and provide a valid name and email address.

   • Only one entry per person/email address is permitted.

   • Multiple entries using different email addresses may result in disqualification.

5. Prize
   The prize consists of four (4) VIP tickets to Nightglow.

   • The prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   • The prize must be used for the specified event date.

   • Lodge is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize, including transport, accommodation, or incidental expenses.

6. Prize Draw
   The winner will be drawn at random on 16 March 2026.
   The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

7. Winner Notification & Claim
   If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days, or does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Lodge reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. General Conditions

   • Lodge reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

   • Lodge reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

   • By entering, participants agree to allow Lodge to use their name and/or image for promotional purposes in the event they are the winner.

9. Privacy
   Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with Lodge Real Estate’s Privacy Policy.

   • The family pass is subject to Hamilton Zoo’s standard entry terms and conditions.

   • The prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   • Any additional costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

   The winner will be drawn at random on 27 February 2026.
   The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 2 business days of the draw.
