About Sarah Sheehan

With over eight years’ experience managing diverse commercial property portfolios, I bring a practical, people-first approach to every aspect of property and facilities management. From large-scale office spaces to high-turnover retail tenancies, I’ve worked with more than 250 leases across a wide range of property types—each with their own unique needs and expectations.

What drives me is delivering great service through clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Whether it’s resolving maintenance issues, managing compliance, or navigating lease negotiations, I’m focused on creating positive, productive relationships between landlords and tenants. I take pride in being a dependable problem solver who gets things done—without losing the human touch.

I’ve managed everything from multi-floor corporate offices housing hundreds of staff, to compact hospitality spaces like hole-in-the-wall coffee kiosks. This variety has taught me to adapt quickly, think practically, and always look for solutions that work for everyone involved.

I also believe a good sense of humour and a grounded, down-to-earth approach go a long way in this industry. It’s helped me build trust with clients, tenants, contractors, and colleagues alike—and it’s one of the many reasons I’m excited to bring my experience to Lodge’s commercial team.
