About Shar De Razes
When it comes to managing properties, I believe people deserve more than cookie-cutter service. I treat every home as if it were my own—with care, diligence, and a commitment to doing what’s right by the people who live there.
My approach to Body Corporate management is grounded in listening first. I take the time to understand both individual concerns and collective priorities, then apply a calm, pragmatic lens to every situation. I see my role as one of guardianship—protecting the value of the property, while supporting the people who call it home.
With a diverse background in engineering and construction project delivery, hotel and hospitality management, and even owning a café in central Auckland, I bring a unique mix of practicality, people skills, and operational know-how. That experience, both here and in the UK, has taught me how to balance structure with empathy—an essential combination in this role.
Joining Lodge gives me the opportunity to combine my passion for people with my long-standing interest in architecture and property. It also allows me to be part of a trusted local brand that values relationships, quality service, and strong communication—just like I do.
Outside of work, you’ll find me tending to my bees (yes, I’m obsessed), painting purely for the joy of it, or paddle boarding for a dose of exercise that doesn’t feel like hard work.
I care, I listen, I do. That’s the standard I set—and the service you can expect.
