If there is one thing that stands out among those in the property industry, it is their passion for people and Property Manager Katelyn Moulden is no exception. Katelyn enjoys building strong, lasting relationships and helping both property owners and tenants have a positive rental experience.

 

Katelyn’s journey with Lodge Rentals began on reception and admin, where she provided support to the wider team and assisted property managers with Healthy Homes updates. “That was a really busy role, but one I thoroughly enjoyed,” says Katelyn. “I was organising quotes and invoices for property owners during a time when we were helping bring homes up to the new standards it was a great way to learn how everything worked behind the scenes.”

 

Having seen the many facets of property management firsthand, Katelyn was eager to step into a Property Manager position herself. “I really enjoy working at Lodge the focus on staff development and the fun, supportive culture make it such a great place to work. Everyone is always willing to offer help or advice when you need it.”

 

Now managing her own portfolio, Katelyn’s role involves overseeing all aspects of property management, from inspections and maintenance to tenant communication and owner liaison. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for people help her provide the best outcomes for everyone involved.

 

Before moving into property, Katelyn completed a Diploma in Health Science during her time in Auckland, where she was studying to become a chiropractor. While her career path has shifted, she is glad to have found her place in property management putting her people skills, professionalism, and passion for helping others to great use every day.
