About Amanda Greer

For me, great service is about making people feel listened to, looked after and confident they are in capable hands. Whether I’m supporting a salesperson or helping resolve a concern for a client, I believe in being honest, approachable and responsive.

As Branch Manager of Lodge Dinsdale, I bring more than 10 years of experience across real estate and professional administration. I have worked with a number of agencies, supporting high-performing agents and teams across marketing, compliance, listings, transaction coordination and executive support. This has given me a thorough understanding of both the customer experience and the work required behind the scenes to deliver it well.

Organisation is one of my greatest strengths. I enjoy the detail involved in real estate and take pride in making sure everything is handled properly. I’m proactive, persistent and always thinking a step ahead, addressing potential issues before they become problems.

My role is to provide our Dinsdale salespeople with the guidance, structure and support they need to perform at their best. For their clients, that means an additional layer of experience and oversight throughout the buying or selling process. If a question or concern arises, I want people to feel they can contact me directly and trust that I will help get it sorted.

Progressing from administration and support positions into senior responsibilities and branch management has been one of my proudest professional achievements. Joining Lodge gives me the opportunity to lead within Hamilton’s largest real estate company, backed by an established network, strong systems and a genuine commitment to putting people first.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pets, walking the dog, keeping fit, travelling, reading and knitting.
