A belief that the sales process should be plain sailing for all parties involved is at the forefront of Angela’s approach to business. She stays incredibly busy behind the scenes so that her clients can be relaxed and confident from the very first meeting. Having satisfied clients is simply not enough, Angela believes that every one should have their expectations exceeded.

Armed with an enthusiasm for maximising the potential of her clients’ property value combined with an empathetic and realistic approach, Angela delivers results for every vendor and buyer. Communication skills are an integral part of her process and she prides herself on the ability to keep her clients fully informed throughout the entire sale process.

Angela’s background in finance, accounting, developments and subdivisions gives her a well rounded knowledge of the entire real estate market, and helps her to understand the journey that both vendors and buyers go through, from organising finance and setting budgets to choosing sound investments.

Going the extra mile is something that comes naturally to Angela, and she can recall multiple times where her work as a real estate agent has put her in a position to impact the lives of people around her. She describes being able to organise second-hand furniture free for a young family, making a huge dent in the cost of them moving into their new home as a massive highlight.

Living and selling in Hamilton is a passion for Angela, and she is proud to sit on the board of various charities. Working hard as part of the well established Lodge Hamilton East branch, she says it is the company ethics which allow her to enjoy her job so much.

On the personal front Angela describes her children and grandchildren as some of her greatest achievements and is very proud of both her work and family life.
