Lodge Salesperson
About Anne Cao-Oulton
For me, real estate is about people first. Buying or selling a home is a significant life decision, and my role is to make that experience feel clear, well supported and as stress-free as possible.
I take the time to listen carefully and understand what each client hopes to achieve. From there, I provide honest advice, prompt responses and regular communication, so you always know what is happening and what comes next. I believe trust is earned by being transparent, reliable and doing what I say I will do.
My varied background brings a distinctive range of skills to real estate. I have worked as a journalist and professional basketball player and have experience as a business owner, accommodation host and community organiser. These roles have taught me discipline, resilience, communication and the importance of building genuine relationships.
Since 2017, I have operated English Cherry Tree Manor and founded the Waikato Cherry Blossom Festival, bringing people from different cultures together to enjoy a memorable Waikato experience. I have lived in New Zealand for around 20 years, including approximately a decade in Waikato, and remain actively involved in the local community.
As an English and Chinese speaker, I understand both cultures and can help clients from different backgrounds feel welcomed, informed and confident throughout their property journey.
Working with Lodge allows me to combine my business experience, local relationships and community knowledge with the reach and resources of Hamilton’s largest real estate company. My clients benefit from an established network of salespeople, active buyers and experienced specialists working together to achieve the best possible result.
Outside real estate, I enjoy gardening, travel, basketball, cultural events and spending time with family, friends and the community.
People first, property with purpose.
