Hi, my name is Derek Hewa.

With a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from AUT and over 10 years’ experience as a Sales Consultant with Toyota, I’ve built strong foundations in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building. Those years taught me how to listen deeply, understand people’s needs, and negotiate assertively yet professionally, skills I bring directly into real estate.
