I am Helen Wang and have been proud to call New Zealand my home since 2001. Originally from China, I worked in the fast-paced finance sector after gaining a Masters of Management Studies ( Honours ) at Waikato University. Whilst being fluent in both English and Mandarin my commitment to listen intently to the needs, goals and aspirations of my clients helps me achieve positive outcomes. I am true to my values with honesty, hard work and building long-term relationships being at the core of who I am. I am well respected by colleagues, clients and industry professionals which is very important to me. I’m mindful too that attention to detail, problem solving, and effective negotiation is also key to win-win outcomes for sellers and buyers. Aside from my immediate goal of selling my next listing for the best possible market price or assisting a buyer into there next home, my longer term goal is to be the go-to agent when it comes to knowing that latest trends and opportunities in the market.
