Hi my name is Heshan Hewa.

As a proud Hamilton local, I have called Hamilton home for many years and have developed a deep appreciation for the community and the people who make it such a great place to live. My goal in real estate is simple to guide my clients with honesty, knowledge, and genuine care so they can make confident property decisions.

Before entering real estate, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and spent three years working in construction management. This experience gave me valuable insight into how residential homes are built, the materials used, potential structural considerations, and the details that can influence both the value and long-term performance of a property. Having this technical understanding allows me to help buyers and sellers look beyond the surface and make informed decisions.

Alongside my construction background, I also built and ran my own e-commerce business. Through this experience I developed strong skills in digital marketing, including social media strategy, paid advertising, and organic online growth. Today, I apply these same marketing principles to real estate ensuring every property receives strong exposure and strategic promotion in today’s digital-first market.
