We were so fortunate to have James as our realtor. We were first home buyers with very little knowledge and he always answered every phone call. James' professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and patience were much respected and appreciated. we never felt like he was trying to sell us a house but he felt like more of a mentor to answer all our questions.
