With 36 years of experience in real estate, I’m among Hamilton’s premium set of real estate agents.

In my time with Lodge, I’ve reached the number one sales position.

At the heart of what I’m trying to achieve is the sale; like the seller or buyer, I want this done as quickly and cost-effectively as possible, extracting the best-possible value the market can offer.

Investors and homeowners alike have a wide range of motives for selling in this market – not least of which is seeking an opportunity to upscale their investment.

Not to be overlooked, first-home buyers also set themselves up for a brighter future. Interest rates are at, or near, record lows, and Hamilton’s steady progress means getting a foothold in the market is an immediate priority.

You can expect honesty, directness, and positivity from me. My first priority is to listen and gain an understanding of where priorities should lie – every property sale is unique, and criteria differs between buyers within the market.

From there, I’ll propose a marketing and sales plan that can be tweaked according to the seller’s needs or preferences. I’ll personally attend open homes to retain a ‘finger on the pulse’ when it comes to potential buyers, competition, and feedback.

I’ll adapt and respond accordingly – marketing real estate can at times be fast-moving but full of opportunity, and my job is to be the vendor’s strongest advocate in selling the home.

Away from work, I’m a keen gardener, walker, and traveller. Of course I love spending time with my family, and I enjoy a wide variety of friends – many of whom I’ve met through real estate.

Although I have past experience in the health, education, and law sectors, it’s my career in real estate that I’m most passionate about and successful in. I have built my “dream home”, and totally renovated many others giving me great insight into changes that can be achieved easily!
