Property has always been part of my story. My career in property began in 1999, and since then I’ve owned rentals, renovated, designed and built my own home, bought, sold and started again.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked extensively within the residential construction industry, designing homes throughout New Zealand and working closely with homeowners, developers, builders and suppliers. I understand what goes into creating a home - from the earliest design decisions and product selections through to construction and completion  - and I’ve helped many people navigate the new-build journey.

This experience means I understand property from both sides of the table. I also know that property decisions are never purely financial. They’re personal, often emotional and usually connected to an important new chapter in someone’s life.

For me, great service begins with making people feel heard, informed and genuinely supported. I believe in honest advice, clear communication and doing what I say I will do. I prepare thoroughly, follow through on every commitment and take ownership of the process, so my clients always know what’s happening and what comes next.

My background in sales and business development has taught me how to create opportunities, negotiate confidently and maintain momentum. I bring energy, curiosity and personality to every conversation while remaining organised and detail-focused where it matters. I’m also comfortable having the honest conversations that help people make well-informed decisions.
