Legend to buy through!
As not just a first-home buyer, but a very young buyer, I had some pretty poor interactions with real estate agents. But, Al-Fayed was friendly, approachable, honest about the property, and was a massive help for me being able to finalise my house purchase! During the level 4 lockdown in August this year, I had just put my house on the market and began to wonder if I had made a huge mistake. My real estate agent Al-Fayed Khan of Lodge Realty was remarkable during that time.
I found him to be a person of integrity, insight into the current market and with knowledge of the area in which I was selling. He worked tirelessly to ensure that as soon as restrictions eased, he had buyers ready to look through my home.
