My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Al-Fayed from Lodge Real Estate in our endeavor in finding our first home.
Al-Fayed was very approachable and was able to guide us from day one. He gave a lot of his time to understand and appreciate what we like and don’t like and finally find the right fit for our needs and preferences. He was always punctual and made time to go to viewings with us at times that suited us even though it may be outside of his work hours. We felt like we could trust him and be able to reach him at all times and if at any point he had other clients or commitments he was always prepared and would arrange with his work partner to attend to our needs and or come to viewings with us. Al-Fayed always greeted us with a smile and instilled in us a sense of confidence that the right home will come to us even at times when we had offers that didn’t fall through and we were on the verge of giving up.
