Phil has been marketing Real Estate both here and in the UK since 1986 and is totally focused on Real Estate excellence and the best interests of his clients.
In the UK Phil was a successful sales person and Branch Manager with the largest Real Estate Group in the UK. Managing one of the largest branches in the South East of England his Branch was ranked in the Top 20 out of over 1100 Real Estate Offices Nationally.
He moved to New Zealand twelve years ago, settling in Hamilton, and his success in residential property sales continued. Highly experienced, it’s no surprise that Phil has a great understanding of the range of needs and motivations of both buyer and seller. He is now well established as a TOP 10 performing Agent within Lodge Real Estate. A TRIPLE GOLD LEVEL ACHIEVER 2014/15, 2015/16, 2016/17 AND 2017/18.
