Ashleigh brings a dynamic blend of administrative and customer-focused experience to her role as a Licensed Sales Assistant to Blair and Kristina. Raised on a farm in the heart of the Waikato, she values hard work, integrity, and having a pragmatic approach—qualities that now guide her work in real estate.

Coming from four years of living in Brisbane where she led a team of 15 salespeople, in a fast-paced work environment, Ashleigh knows what it means to move, adapt and perform under pressure. Her background in administration ensures precision and organisation, while her sales experience has sharpened her communication and problem-solving skills, meaning she understands what it takes to support her team through every stage of the transaction.

Drawn to Team Blair Pointon for their modern approach and people-first mindset, she’s excited to be part of a well-respected team in the industry that values innovation and leads from the front. When she’s not streamlining campaigns, with her right-hand-woman, Ann, you’ll find her dining with friends at some of Hamilton’s best hospitality spots, cosied up on the family farm reading her favourite book, or enjoying some downtime at Whangamata beach.
