About Mark Chitty

I'm Mark Chitty, and I believe that great service in body corporate management starts with meticulous organization. My years of experience in various management roles have shown me that a systematic and structured approach is essential. This ensures not only timely project completion but also smooth, responsive communication—allowing clients to feel valued and assured that their needs are a top priority. Whether it’s a quick email response or a detailed site inspection, I adapt readily to each unique situation, no matter the size.

For my clients, I handle everything from disclosure statements to insurance estimates, owner disputes under the Unit Titles Act 2010, and chair annual general meetings. I also oversee levies, manage project timelines, and personally conduct site inspections to ensure nothing is overlooked. My dedication goes beyond the standard duties—I dive deep into issues, addressing them at their core to find lasting solutions. 

I’m a firm believer in continuous learning, and I bring this commitment to my work. My role is supported by a manual I created, designed to help others understand the body corporate landscape. Additionally, I’ve developed tracking systems to monitor requests, disclosure sales, and levy statuses, which keep everything organized and efficient.

Success, to me, also means showing up daily with a positive, solution-focused mindset. My experience assisting Rob with his portfolio has expanded my knowledge, while my enthusiasm for ongoing research keeps me up-to-date in the field. Real estate offers both challenges and security, and I'm here to ensure each client feels the lasting impact of organized, attentive service.
