About Farah Baigent

Hailing from Paddington, London and raised within a British Army family, Farah learned early the importance of resilience, adaptability, and connecting quickly with people from all walks of life. Those qualities now define her approach to real estate: calm under pressure, clear in communication, and deeply attuned to what clients need during one of life’s biggest decisions.

Blending international perspective with strong local knowledge, Farah offers a polished and effective approach to selling homes, supported by the strength and reputation of Lodge Real Estate. Her commitment to thoughtful marketing and buyer engagement has also seen her invited to speak on a Trade Me Property expert panel, sharing insight into the power of marketing and presentation when bringing a home to market.

Before moving to New Zealand over a decade ago, Farah built her career in the building materials and home-improvement industry, eventually owning her own guttering and lead-generation business. This hands-on background gave her a practical understanding of construction, quality, and value - while refining the communication skills she now uses daily with buyers and sellers.

She later studied Interior Design, sharpening her eye for presentation, flow, and spatial potential. Today she combines strategic marketing, preparation, and intuitive design guidance to position homes in a way that emotionally connects with buyers and maximizes competition.

Clients value Farah’s honesty, attention to detail, and the confidence she brings to the process. Her goal is always to ensure people feel informed, supported, and comfortable - while still achieving a strong financial result.

Outside of real estate, Farah is a proud mum to her 8-year-old son and spends much of her spare time coaching his touch and miniball teams - a role that reflects her leadership, patience, and ability to bring people together with energy and purpose.
